Here you get grounded in the basics before you move on to the next module. It's as essential as knowing how to fasten your seat belt and what to do with the oxygen mask if it drops down in front of you. Proper preparation is important.
With several hours of live interactive group coaching and video lessons in the first module, you'll quickly move forward to your goal of Mission Accomplished!
Module 2: Take Off!From simple grumbling to full-on bitching, you'll learn a formula-free, spontaneous method that reduces, down to the molecular level, the effects of past and present stress from trauma on your body. That means a stronger immune system and better health.

Re-purposing your anger to use as a tool to regain your power is not only gratifying but immensely healing on many levels. You'll be applying the Bitch Tap Method™ to release the emotional energy of past regrets: coulda-shoulda-woulda moments, grudges, resentments, frustrations, embarrassments, humiliations, being victimized and rendered helpless.
As an added bonus, Dr. Rossanna will include a special highlight on being bullied, betrayal issues, and being wrongly blamed for something aka the scapegoat.

Module 4: Planning Your Next DestinationNow it's time to go forth and use your new superpower as your coping tool to easily and immediately handle everyday issues.
Emphasis is placed on using my unique Storyboard template as your own personal roadmap to keep you focused on your path to excellence. Realistically, six weeks isn't enough time to clear out your entire past of traumatic events...but you now have the structure and tools to continue by yourself.
